General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all taxi and transfer services provided by Alpine Taxi St. Anton am Arlberg.

2. Liability

Liability in accordance with statutory provisions. No liability for delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure. Exclusion of liability for slight negligence, except in the case of personal injury.

3. Booking

Bookings can be made by telephone, email, or via the online form. Confirmation is required.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing by email.

Free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup
20% for 24–10 hours before the trip
50% for <10 hours or no-show

No-show: Driver at the meeting point, 30 minutes waiting time.

Seasonal adjustments reserved.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices include VAT. Payment by cash or card after the trip. Extra stops/waiting time are subject to a charge.

6. Service Disruptions

In the event of technical defects, extreme weather conditions, or official restrictions, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel appointments.

7. Place of Jurisdiction

The legal place of jurisdiction applies to consumers; for entrepreneurs, the court in Landeck. Austrian law.

8. Severability Clause

Ineffective provisions shall be replaced by economically equivalent ones.
