Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. However, please observe our cancellation policy to ensure fair planning and provision of our transfer services.
Cancellation Deadlines & Fees
- Up to 24 hours before pickup: free cancellation
- 24 to 10 hours before pickup: 20% of the fare
- Less than 10 hours before pickup or no-show: 50% of the fare
No-Show Definition
A no-show occurs if the passenger does not appear at the agreed meeting point. Our drivers will wait at least 30 minutes at the agreed location.
Changes to the Journey
Agreed prices apply to the agreed route and time. For additional stops, longer waiting times, or route changes at the passenger's request, additional costs may apply.
Season & Special Conditions
During peak season (especially winter), different regulations may apply. These will be communicated in advance.
