Can I book a taxi at short notice?

I did not receive a confirmation email – what should I do?

When and how do I pay for the transfer?

Payment is made directly to the driver – in cash or by credit card.
The transfer price is per vehicle, not per passenger.
How does the vehicle category 1–4 / 4–8 passengers work?

We provide vehicles for up to 4 passengers as well as larger vehicles
for up to 8 passengers. Prices always apply per vehicle category.
Are there additional costs if my flight is delayed?

No. We continuously monitor your flight status.
Your driver will wait for you at no extra charge.
Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, changes or cancellations are possible.
Please inform us as early as possible by phone or email.
Cancellation policy:
• Up to 24 hours before pickup: free cancellation
• 24 to 10 hours before pickup: 20% of the fare
• Less than 10 hours or no-show: 50% of the fare

Are there additional charges for luggage?

As long as the vehicle capacity is not exceeded,
there are no additional charges for luggage.
Can I reserve a child seat or booster seat?

Yes, please indicate this during booking
or inform us by phone or email.
How many passengers can be transported?

Up to 4 passengers in a standard vehicle.
From 5 passengers onward, an 8-seater vehicle is used automatically.
When does the night rate apply?

The night rate applies daily from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Where will I be picked up at the airport?

Your driver will meet you directly at the arrival exit
holding a sign with your name.
Why do I need to provide my flight number?

So that we can track your flight status,
monitor delays, and coordinate your transfer optimally.
