If you submit inquiries via our online reservation or contact form, the following data will be collected and processed: name, e-mail address, telephone number, departure and destination, date and time of the journey, number of persons and pieces of luggage, flight number and other information. This data is used exclusively to process your inquiry and to perform the transport service (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). The transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.

The data entered will be stored in our internal database and additionally transmitted by e-mail to the responsible employee in order to coordinate your booking. A transfer to third parties only takes place if it is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (e.g. to commissioned drivers or partner companies).

3.2 Technical Spam Protection Measures

To protect against automated form submissions, we use our own technical procedures (honeypot fields, token validation, timestamp verification). No data is transmitted to external providers and no profiling takes place.

3.3 Server Log Files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files: IP address (shortened), date and time of access, file accessed, browser type and version, operating system used and referrer URL. This data serves the system security and technical administration (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The log files are automatically deleted after 30 days.

4. Cookies and Consent Management

Our website uses cookies to improve the user experience and manage legal consents. This is done using the tool Complianz – Cookie Consent. On your first visit, you will be shown a notification banner, via which you can agree to the storage of certain cookies or reject them (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). Technically necessary cookies are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). Our website does not use tracking tools and no external Google Fonts – all fonts are integrated locally.

Google Maps is integrated into our reservation system to display locations and calculate routes. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you access a page with embedded map material, connections are established to Google servers. 5.2 Social Media & WhatsApp

Our website contains icons that link to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. When the page is accessed, no data is transferred to these providers. The platform is only opened by clicking on the respective symbol; their data protection guidelines then apply.

6. Payments

No online payment transactions take place on alpine-taxi.at. Payment is made exclusively on site to the driver in cash or by credit card. No payment data is collected or stored via this website.

7. Hosting and Technical Security

Our website is operated on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The technical maintenance and administration is carried out by our Austrian service provider MukoMedia e.U. (www.mukomedia.at). Both companies act as processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. There is a contract for order processing with both. The data transmission takes place exclusively via SSL encryption (HTTPS).

8. Duration of Storage

Personal data will only be stored for as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or due to legal storage obligations (usually 7 years in accordance with § 132 BAO). The data will then be deleted or anonymized.

9. Rights of Data Subjects

According to Art. 15 ff. GDPR, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. A granted consent can be revoked at any time (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR). To exercise your rights, a message to info@alpine-taxi.at is sufficient.
