Scope<\/h2>\r\n<p>These GTC apply to all taxi and transfer services provided by Alpine Taxi St. Anton am Arlberg.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>2. Liability<\/h2>\r\n<p>Liability in accordance with statutory provisions. No liability for delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure. Exclusion of liability for slight negligence, except in the case of personal injury.  <\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>3. Booking<\/h2>\r\n<p>Bookings can be made by telephone, email, or via the online form. Confirmation is required. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>4. Cancellations<\/h2>\r\n<p>Cancellations must be made in writing by email.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>Free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup<\/li>\r\n  <li>20% for 24\u201310 hours before the trip<\/li>\r\n  <li>50% for &lt;10 hours or no-show<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>No-show: Driver at the meeting point, 30 minutes waiting time. <\/p>\r\n<p>Seasonal adjustments reserved.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>5. Prices &amp; Payment<\/h2>\r\n<p>Prices include VAT. Payment by cash or card after the trip. Extra stops\/waiting time are subject to a charge.  <\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>6. Service Disruptions<\/h2>\r\n<p>In the event of technical defects, extreme weather conditions, or official restrictions, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel appointments.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>7. Place of Jurisdiction<\/h2>\r\n<p>The legal place of jurisdiction applies to consumers; for entrepreneurs, the court in Landeck. Austrian law. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>8.
