However, please observe our cancellation policy to ensure fair planning and provision of our transfer services. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Cancellation Deadlines &amp; Fees<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li><strong>Up to 24 hours before pickup:<\/strong> free cancellation<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>24 to 10 hours before pickup:<\/strong> 20% of the fare<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Less than 10 hours before pickup or no-show:<\/strong> 50% of the fare<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>No-Show Definition<\/h2>\r\n<p>A no-show occurs if the passenger does not appear at the agreed meeting point. Our drivers will wait at least <strong>30 minutes<\/strong> at the agreed location. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Changes to the Journey<\/h2>\r\n<p>Agreed prices apply to the agreed route and time. For additional stops, longer waiting times, or route changes at the passenger's request, <strong>additional costs<\/strong> may apply. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Season &amp; Special Conditions<\/h2>\r\n<p>During peak season (especially winter), different regulations may apply.
